This cheesy spaghetti is the kind of dinner that sticks to your ribs. Gooey queso, creamy cottage cheese, and melty Mexican cheese all bake together over pasta for a comforting, cheesy crowd-pleaser.
Cook pasta to al dente (follow box instructions)
in a large bowl mix the queso, cottage cheese, pasta sauce, and Italian seasoning.
Once the pasta is done cooking, drain the water, and then add it to the bowl that has the other ingredients and stir to mix.
Pour the mixture into a 9x12 and then top with the Mexican cheese
bake in over at 350F for about 20 min or until cheese has melted and pasta is starting to bubble around the edges.
