Instructions

Step 1
Heat a large pot on medium heat. Add oil and chopped onion, Saute until translucent
Step 2
Add ground meat(s) and cook untill browned
Step 3
Season the meat and then add the cans of tomato paste, tomato sauce, chili beans, chopped tomatoes, and chilies
Step 4
Simmer for 20+ minutes, then season to taste
Step 5
Search with your favorite toppings (sour cream, Fritos, cheese, green onion, oyster crackers)
